Vertical-turning boring lathe 1L532
The turning-and-boring machine 1L532 is specially made for the ERDENET Mining and Processing Enterprise (Mongolia). The machine was launched on a turnkey basis on the Customer's territory.
Some features:
1) The machine is equipped with an operational control system: axis indication, constant cutting speed, processing of angles and radii without turning the supports, advanced diagnostics of the machine.
2) A hydraulic traverse clamp is implemented.
3) Modern electrical equipment with an industrial EtherCAT network.
The 1L532 machine corresponds to the accuracy standards of GOST 44-93.
The maximum processing diameter is 3200 mm
The maximum processing height is 1600 mm
The weight of the processed workpiece is up to 16 tons
